Evalution Leadership

“Eva and I first worked together at Pfizer in 2007 where I served as the Company's Chief D&I Officer. A major component of our work was the establishment of the company's first global women's program. I again contracted with Eva on the development of a Global Women's Strategy at Avon. Eva served as Project Manager for this very complex undertaking from the beginning through launch. We worked with over 100+ leaders and associates spread across six countries in a relatively short time frame. Eva's skill areas are quite expansive and she delivers superlative value. I've hired a number of consultants over the years and Eva is unquestionably one of the very best with whom I've had the privilege of working.”

VP, Chief Inclusion Officer, Avon Products, Inc.
